“The microwave in the room had an inside that was peeling off and dangling. It had clearly not been checked in a very long time. The bathtub backed up when I used the shower and was up to my ankles. There were no tissues in the tissue box or body wash, or conditioner in the shower. When we walked into the room it smelled like someone had been smoking. We arrived after 6pm and there was still no room ready and when we inquired they said they were "short staffed", however no one called me to tell……

“I enjoyed my break the staff went above and beyond making my wife and i welcome lovely lady in reception ,breakfast was ok plenty coffee and pool was excellent our room was huge with everything you need also a costco next door which was handy dissapointed there was no bar as we are scottish need a car here as we spent a fortune on taxis to boston”

“I reserved a room through Expedia then called the hotel to confirm and was told by a very stressed woman that there were no rooms available and they were 25 rooms overbooked and that’s not always reflected on a third party website. It took me another hour to call Expedia and wait for them to call the hotel to finally get my money refunded for a non-existent room that I had literally just reserved a half hour earlier for friends that were stranded at the airport. Not a great experience.”
