"We had the most amazing time! What a beautiful location! The pictures do not do justice. A perfect serene environment. There is great food in Gold's bar, only about 15 minutes away. We grabbed some Thai food. Their living room looks out to a beautiful river, with a mountain view to your right. Just overall amazing and everything I had hoped it would be. Missing it already! "

"Overall excellent stay! I just caution others to be prepared for winter weather if booking between January-February. I was originally frustrated with the water pressure in the shower (very weak flow) but by Sunday the water pressure was affected in all of the faucets too. Turns out the pipes had frozen for several properties in the area! We managed to get our dishes clean with our remaining bottled water so that we could do our part of cleaning.But the kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pots/pans. Not much to do in the area if you're looking to dine out so would recommend bringing your own food. The cabin was super cozy and just the setting my partner and I needed for a recharge after a super stressful couple months. All bedrooms are basement level so if you can't manage stairs very well, keep that in mind. Gorgeous view and a nice private beach. Didn't use the hot tub because of the cold air combined with with low water pressure in the shower, I didn't want to be freezing after using the tub without a nice shower to hop into.We plan on returning in the spring or summer to enjoy more of what this cabin offers. "Beautiful, historic building. Great town, quiet other than the trains but even they were lovely. This was our second stay here. It’s becoming a January tradition. "

"This place is adorable, comfortable, and in a great location. I would totally book here again. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub by the river. It’s very private, and it has everything you need. The local towns and hiking trails nearby were fun to explore. "

"This stay was absolutely amazing! The wifi was surprisingly fast for being so remote but the real star of the show is the river that runs directly behind the cabin. Absolutely stunning and they weren't lying when they said the cabin is fully stocked. Plenty of towells and all of the kitchen supplie that you need. It is about an hour and a half from the airport but if youre looking for a quiet relaxing repreuve from city life, this is definitely the right place. I can't wait to come back!"
