"Arrived at the hotel and was met with a horrible smell. The hallway was dark and gave a sketchy vibe. Stairs were the only option to the other floors. The door to my room did not line up to the door frame and had to be shoved open and closed. The interior locks had been moved and changed, but not painted over. The bathroom corners had hair and there were stains on the vanity. But the stains on the comforter, lamp shade, bed skirting and running down headboard were enough for me to immediately start looking for another hotel to stay at. Everything about this property screamed unclean. The people I was traveling with also had similar issues with their room. Upon leaving we were told our issue were not possible and that they clean everyday. That might be true, but they don’t clean very well. The pictures don’t lie. "

"Going to this hotel we knew it wasn't going to be a 5 Star hotel. We attended a show at the Rhythm City Casino so basically just needed something close knowing that we wouldn't really be at the hotel much at all. The hotel wasn't necessarily run down but you could tell it has some age on it. The room seemed clean upon entering however the elevator, particularly the floor was disgusting and very dirty which made me question the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast didn't leave much to be desired. The juices from the machine were pretty much water. The selection of everything else wasn't great- we both said we should just go elsewhere for breakfast. While the room was clean, the comfort of the bed was awful. The mattress was hard as a rock. Maybe for those that like a firm mattress this is ok, but we did not sleep well because of the mattress and I woke up with my back hurting. Would I come back and stay again at this hotel? No. I would pay a little extra for a different hotel for a quick overnight stay like this one was."

"It was clean, don't drink the lemon water in the lobby. It was warm and I had stomach issues the next morning. Avoid room 318 it was clean but the airconditioner was so loud it kept waking us up. but overall nice place"

"Room assigned had a broke window that was taped. The tape was loose; wind blew through and it was cold. When mentioned in the morning to lobby attendant, he didn’t seem concerned."

"Hotel was absolutely lovely and in a very convenient location. The A/C in the room didn’t work well and the temp was set on 76 when we checked in, so it was a long, warm night of no sleep. Lots of hair in the sink when we checked in, otherwise the room was very nice. Check in staff was great. Parking ramp is directly across the street and The Adler is just on the opposite side and very easy to access."
