“This was a very strange experience. No one answered the very strange door, so we went to the convenience store that was called Village Inn too. The lady called someone to unlock the door, but then we had a set of steep stairs to climb with our suitcases in hand. The room itself and the bath were clean, but the entrance and hallway smelled like smoke. The internet and TV were good though.”

“Outstanding staff. However,.... We had to return to the front desk the first two days to get out keys reactivated. Our room was not cleaned for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. We had to ask for clean linens. Finally, on the last day when we returned and the room had not been cleaned again, they lady at the front desk got housekeeping to come promptly. They picked up most of the linens, emptied the trash, remade the bed with the same sheets. The floor had not been attended to in some time……
