“John was a great host. He replied to my questions immediately. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The cottage was perfect for our stay. I loved being up on a hill looking down on the road below. It was quiet and relaxing. The outdoor lighting was definitely appreciated. It sure gets dark in the country. The back bed was very comfortable (we didn't use the front bedroom). The Internet and TV reception was fine. Overall, a great place to stay for a great price. Thank you……

“We stayed here for a few days to explore the New River Gorge. Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge. “Fantastic cabin for my family - including 2 teens! Everyone had their own space and privacy and the WiFi and cellular service were great. The stream across the street is beautiful! It was only about 20 minutes or so to some great restaurants and a grocery store. The location was beautiful and there were great places to walk with our dog right near the cabin. Close enough to New River Gorge to enjoy the park but not at all crowded. We were looking to get away from stress and this was just what……
