“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“The interior light didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The hairdryer didn’t work. There was no waste basket by the bathroom sink. There was a big gap around the entry door that I could see through.”

“Really bad shuttle, ignore me twice when pick me up. Wait for an hour. Other than that, perfect.”

“Staff is super friendly and helpful, well maintained outside with pretty flowers, and nice seating outdoors near the pool. We have had great stays every time!”

“Upon arrival looking at the outside of the building, I was a little skeptical, because the outside of the building could use a little cosmetic lift. But once we got inside the building you can tell that this location has been remodeled and the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, and the free drinks at the manager’s reception were on point! We will definitely visit this location again if we’re ever in Detroit again.”
