“Everything was good. The complex and location is great. There was a lot of construction going on and combined with our unit facing the parking lot and street and the railroad tracks meant there was a lot of noise.”

“The location is wonderful with the beautiful views of the ocean and listening to the waves crashing was so awesome! It’s very walkable to everything we wanted to see in the area. The “Old O’side Charm” of this property with updated interior made it the perfect stay for my sister and I to relive some of our childhood memories. Excellent communication through text. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The house is in a great location. Very clean, nice bedrooms and bathroom. Great furnished balcony’s on both floors.”

Except Pacific Beach is going through some tough times with sand shifting and lots of beachfront maintentaince work which made access difficult and asethically unpleasant. Quite a distance to the main pool but doable. There is another pool much closer its just a typical pool. Very nice hot tub that is close. ”

“Loved this location....minutes from the beach and short drive to Camp Pendleton Main Gate. Also loved walking to the pier, restaurants, and the Thurs Market. The condo itself was lovely. Had everything in the kitchen we needed to make a few dinners- the coffee filters were amazing as I had forgotten to get some. The onsite grill was great. The two patios had nice views and loved hearing the ocean all night. The onsite pool, hot tub, and garage parking were great bonuses. The management people……
