“Incredible. a little out of the way. friendly neighbors. Owner is responsive and amicable. Pictures on site are fairly accurate. Lots of frogs in the lake that did not invade our space. Had ants in the house that the owner says he will get exterminated. Want to go back again”

“Everything was great! Loved the large open space of the main area in the house. We had a wonderful time with family and friends having our daughter’s rehearsal dinner here. The game room made it extra fun! The only thing I would say is that most of the lights on the outdoor string lights were out and our dinner was held outside so that was disappointing. ”

“Probably one of the best Vrbo's we have stayed. Being able to park in and utilize the garage is a huge convenience. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They had all the little things that help ease a stay (soaps, garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc...). The community pool was very nice, with a hot tub and nice seating area. Even a bbq! The house was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Fallbrook area. I know……

“Our stay was amazing! We were in town for a friend's wedding so we were pretty busy and did not use the pool but wish we had the time. The cottage itself was secluded and quiet. The views were gorgeous! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We only did some minor cooking. Luann, the host, was so sweet and provided us some great recommendations for restaurants. If we would visit the area again, I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to others. ”

“To say that Villa Rosa is amazing would be an absolute understatement, it is an absolute hidden gem. This property and the hosts, Tiffany and Jeremiah are phenomenal! If there was a rating higher than 5 stars that’s what I would rate.I rented this property to host my wedding rehearsal dinner as well as a spot to hang out after our wedding was over. It was absolutely perfect for both events. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has newer appliances and fully stocked……

“We loved the patios, game room hit tub, and the set up of the property. Had grandparents and 3 families with the grand kids and it worked well. Game room is not air conditioned but the rest of the property has good A/C. Host Kathryn was very easy to contact and here back from”

“The property was the perfect accommodations for my family and friends during our weekend getaway to wine country. It was able to sleep all of us comfortably, and both the oversized couch in the living room and outdoor pool were able to fit everyone with room to spare! Watching the sun set over the Fallbrook valley from the backyard was one of my favorite memories from this trip. The property manager was really responsive and tended to all of our requests and questions too. Highly recommend this……

“We could not have found a better place for our stay, The host is super easy to communicate with and ensured we had maximum enjoyment of the property. “The property is beautiful and really spacious. The kitchen does not have as many items to cook or entertain with as I would have liked. 80 a day to run heater for the jacuzzi seemed high so we did not use it. ”

“We loved staying here. The house was exactly as described. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi. The host was very responsive when there was an issue with the running water. He even gave us a bottle of wine from the Monserate winery. Very happy with our stay here! ”

“We had a wonderful time together during our stay at this property.The view was stunning, the house was spacious, and overall, we truly loved it!That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement:• Refrigerators: Both fridges weren’t fully functional. They didn’t cool properly, and the one in the garage/playroom wasn’t working at all.• Air Conditioning: Even when set to the maximum cooling level during the day, the AC couldn’t cool the entire house. Only the hallway and three bedrooms……
