Overall, I did not care for my stay at this location. It took me about 5 minutes of waiting at the front desk in order to get some help. I could hear that there was someone else in the back working, but I could never get that person’s attention. However, when I got ready to walk to my car to try to look up the motel phone number to call the front desk, the front desk attendant finally came in the office to the front desk. Once we arrived at our room and opened the door, we quickly saw that the room was very outdated and worn. The bathroom looked like it had not been updated since the 1960's and the room did not look anywhere near as nice as the online photos of this motel. Plus instead of a sofa in our room, the room had a 2nd or 3rd row “car seat” to sit on. Yet as that old saying goes “You get what you pay for.”. Though the rate was good, we only planned to stay there for about 10 hours since we were only stopping for the night to get a good night sleep (after driving for about 11 hours that day), so we could wake up rested very early the next morning and finish the second part of another 11 hour drive.
