“The windows were broken and didnt lock all the way and were hard to open and close because they were broken. The Fireplace didnt work and when called they said we were the 2nd ones to call about it, they arnt on site and could call someone local to look at it, checking in at 4pm it wasnt worth our time but it was very disappointing. The fan worked but in the middle of the night jolted us awake as it started making a terribly loud screetching noise with every spin. Had to turn it off for the rest……

“We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The place was clean and decorated well. The furniture and beds were comfy. We loved having our own private hot tub with privacy fencing between each unit's patio. We would maybe suggest having some sort of covered shelves to keep towels dry while using the hot tub during adverse weather. We also would have loved the parking lot to be lit a little better and maybe some solar pathway lights along the sidewalk to each townhome for safety as it is pretty dark.……

“Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. One small stool, and a broken shelf is not acceptable for adults. Finally, the view and waves sounds are fantastic. ……

“Fantastic property! We had four adults and a small dog. The property was perfect for us and met all our needs. Absolutely no road noise. Beautiful view! We cooked, put a puzzle together, used the hot tub and enjoyed the time together. We had an emergency with our car over a holiday weekend. The owner is local and was extremely helpful with a referral to a mobile mechanic. I wish I could take that mechanic home with me! Overall, a very positive experience. We will be back!”
