“Our stay was from wed. Thru Sunday the room was not serviced our entire stay I went to the front desk on Friday and requested room be serviced because the the front desk could not be reached using the telephone in the room I was told the room was scheduled for service upon returning to the room later that evening the room was not serviced we left very early the next morning to go fishing and there wasn't anyone at the desk to make a subsequent request upon returning to our room Saturday evening……

“For an affordable overnight stay this will pass. Not the nicest place that I have ever stayed in nor is it the worst. If you are just using the places as means to lay your head down then it will do OK. If you are looking for something nice with friendly staff and nice amenities look elsewhere. Staff was not rude but came off as completely uninterested. Smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, Air conditioner leaked water in the room just enough to be a bother. Room was clean but heavily……

“Property was beautiful! We had a king suite facing the gulf. We had 2 nice balconies. Property has 2 large pools with tons of seating options, sunny or shady including cabanas you could reserve. One pool is 21 and older. The other pool is a family pool. There are 2 walkways down to the beach area which was very clean. There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent but you can bring your own plus coolers if you want. The Outside bar, snack bar and restaurant where they served breakfast,……

“I loved how nice everyone was and how close the beach was to our hotel and how clean they made the hotel room they even made a bunny out of one of our towels”

“We loved everything about this place for our Anniversary!! Everyone is very nice! The front desk, kitchen staff and the bartenders! You get 2 free well alcohol drinks from 6:30-8pm.Its right in the middle of shops and restaurants. The view of the beach was beautiful! The rooms do stay at 70 degrees so they gave us a fan. The beds were a little firm. We will definitely be back and recommend to all family and friends!”

“The room was clean, however, the tv didn't operate, so the staff moved us to another room the following day. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked for more towels and washcloths (we had a 3 night stay) they were cheerfully replaced. We had to go to the building next door for the complimentary breakfast, which was a little odd. Issues with the room include a very loud a/c unit that made it difficult to get a full night's sleep, the bathroom had no towel racks on which to hang wet bath……

“Requested room service 3 times on second day of stay. No service. Second day requested room service again at 10:00am, 3:00pm no service. Contacted manager, she stated she would get it taken care of immediately. Came back from dinner at 6:00, still no service. Finally just asked for clean towels and wash cloths and they were provided. Appantly no communication between front desk and house keeping, won't be returning.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean. The view from my balcony was beautiful. It was near everything and steps away from the beach. We were also given chairs and umbrellas as guest. Would highly recommend.”

“The hospitality was top notch . We loved that we had options beach too windy? indoor or outdoor pool , awesome. The breakfast was very good also . The wait staff took very good care of us . Thank you all”
