“There is an opening slot on the bathroom door when you slide it shut. This creates a bright beam on light that disturbs another person in the room if you have to use the rest room at night. The AC unit just keeps running and does not maintain the desired temperature. The room gets extremely cold. The shower curtain does not contain the water from the shower. The floor was soaked after showering. ”

“Robyn at the check in desk is so rude! Zero customer service skills! I arrived at 3:45. Check in time is at 4pm. I was asking Bella about check in and parking, etc., Robyn rudely interjected twice about check in is at 4 and we don’t guarantee your room at 4. Blah blah.. no one was talking to her! However Bella called and found that our room would be ready in ten mins! She checked us in without any problems! She showed us where to park, when our room would be ready and all the things we needed……

“This is an excellent location for a get away: a gorgeous view with beachfront rooms beckons you. The suites are super roomy, and your dog is welcome. Check out the Tiki Bar for fruity cocktails and local beer. If you plan to eat breakfast, go down early. Quantities run low after 9 am. If I could suggest anything it would be this - provide sandwich selections in the afternoon for those who don’t want to leave the beach to grab a bite.”

“Beautiful property and very family-friendly. The morning breakfast was a plus. The location could not have been better. The full view of the ocean rooms were definitely worth the price. All of the dogs were a little annoying and it did not have a hot tub, which would have been amazing at night.”

They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip!”

“The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. ”

“The room was nice and comfortable, 4 nights stay with my husband and our 4 year old. We shared a 1 queen bed suite. Enjoyed the amenities available with the mini kitchen. Pool was nice. Although they did not upkeep with pool towels and such. ”

“Charging $20/ night for SELF PARKING is a money grab I did not appreciate.”
