"Fantastic location. Within 15mins walking of El Poblado. Quiet at night. Spectacular views from balcony. Rooftop bar/restaurant is top tier. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My stay here was excellent. My only complaint is the walls of the hotel are very thin. You can hear next door neighbor watching TV or speaking on phone. Or even adult activities. Ear plugs are provided by the hotel. Staff is truly wonderful here. Hotel is cleaned daily and staff takes care of this property with highest priority."
