“I recently stayed at Windsor Hotel, which boasts a rich history of over 150 years, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival with two large pieces of luggage, we were greeted by a male staff member who promptly walked away to the restroom, showing no interest in assisting us. When we were checking out and walking to the door, the bellboy saw us but chose to walk away to assist other guests with their luggage for a ride in a Mercedes-Benz, leaving us to manage……

"I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth. The location is convenient, and the room was clean with nice touches like a big TV and a smart toilet (similar to the ones in Japan), which I really appreciated. A couple of things could be improved: the soundproofing wasn’t great since my room was close to a major highway, and the noise from cars was noticeable at times. Also, there were way too many pillows on the bed, which felt a bit unnecessary. The room size was fine for me as a solo traveler, but I think it would feel a bit tight for two people. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place with modern amenities. "
