“The room was outdated and not very clean. The place felt run-down and unsanitary. Everything looked old and poorly maintained”

“When we got there, the first room was terrible, torn seats and there was a strange smell. Also there was an exterminator who was coming out of a room. Employee saw the look on my face and immediately said I have another room inside of the building. The room was cleaner but later that night my kids started screaming, there was a big cockroach in the corner and started crawling towards their shoes. I jumped up and grabbed their things and placed them on the desk. I went to the front desk but……

“Smells amazing when you walk in the hotel. Room (540) was spotless, extremely clean, room was nice and cool when we walked in, crispy linen, spacious room, spotless sofa, frig, micro. Bathroom was super clean and spotless- the shower was perfect! Breakfast was great- oatmeal, eggs, potatoes and peppers, sausage, all kinds of breads, cereal, yogurts and fruits. The front desk personnel were so kind and nice! I would totally stay again!!! Thank you!”

“The room I booked said it slept 5 people. However, it only slept 2 people. It had 1 king bed. The person at the front desk claimed that you could pull out the bottom of the sofa and a twin bed would pull out, but we tried that and it would not budge. Even if that was really a twin bed like they claimed, that's still only 3 beds and the room does not sleep 5 people. There was no air conditioning in the hallways. It was 90 degrees and humid in there. We had to walk through the rainforest every……

“Clean room, but only 1 towel to dry after a shower is not enough with NC weather.”

“Perfect set up with kitchenette so we could keep items cold for our trip. Beds are always comfy, as well as pillows. Had the pup with me and she loved it there. Great breakfast and staff is always wonderful.”
