"The room was full of bugs/insects!!. From double bed room they love us a 2 individual rooms, separating my family, and to end the story, one room had a string urine smell… it is pretty, but not everything shiny is gold … very disappointed "

We had a little frustration that a significant percentage of the water slides at the Atlantis water park were closed when we were there in March. Be aware that food prices are about double what we would pay in the US mainland for food that mediocre "

Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average."
