“This was our 7th stay at iberostars in jamaica. 8th overall. My past reviews have all been 5 star. This was not. We understand they are recovering from a major hurricane but downgrading us from a king to 2 queens(felt like we were sharing a full all week) is not my idea of a romantic getaway. Our king room ac was not funtional (sheets were damp, room smelled like mildew). We tried havimg them change sheets and fix ac. This did not work.
