The hotel and property are kept immaculately, and the amenities provided everything I was looking for in a resort. The pool and spa are at the heart of the resort, and there are two firepits for evening s'mores. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, and they offered excellent recommendations for activities during my stay. My partner and I enjoyed the Mayan abdomen massage……

“Very kind and helpful! Right next door to Cahal Pech so ruins are within steps from the hotel property. The food was great! Breakfast and dinner especially the lobster 5 stars! All staff was helpful and friendly! Loved Genesis and Paula was there anytime we needed her. The pool and hot tub were beautiful! The property in itself is beautiful and natural. My bag broke when I arrived and they fixed it for me asap.”
