"We stayed for a one night getaway and it was absolutely perfect! The setting is so quiet and peaceful and private. Woke up to beautiful bird sounds and parrots flying overhead. Enjoyed our coffee on the porch while it rained! Wonderful luxury down pillows and bedding and bathroom was great as well! Christelle was so kind and welcomed us in and showed us to our cabana! Wonderful setting. Highly recommend! :)"

The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned about arriving in early evening and not knowing how to get in. Turns out there was a lock with a key in it in the front door. "The resort is beautiful, with an amazing pool but no umbrellas for guest to use. Belize is super hot and the room was an oven every time we returned because once you remove the key from the socket you had to place it in, in order for the fan and air condition to work. They wouldn’t even give me an extra key to leave in the power thing to have the room cool for us to have a good night rest. Couple nights we got to the room and it smelled really bad like the sewer back up and the scent was coming into the room. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel has the best view of the entire town and I would still recommend you to stay there. Just saying what we experienced and perhaps this will be addressed."
