“A beautiful location with stunning views from the cabanas. The food and drinks at the on-site restaurant and coffee shop were very good and fairly priced. A real bonus is having your own terrace in front of the cabana with a hammock which is protected by a fly net. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking available. We would have liked a fridge and safe in the room but otherwise loved our stay here. ”

“I’m glad I chose my stay outside of the center of town. If you have a car and are debating where to stay I would chose this place because it’s so serene. There are 3 small houses on the property and they are all surrounded by trees. The hammocks in the porch were ideal. The breakfast was so good and the eggs I had there were the brightest ( real) eggs I’ve had. You’ll see hummingbirds right outside the restaurant. You can wake up and walk around the garden before you head out to adventures. We……

“I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again.”

“Beautiful setting and absolutely amazing staff that make you feel so welcome. Upon arrival our girls immediately went to the pool. Within minutes, Joe the groundskeeper arrived with fresh coconuts with straws for them to drink. Carlos the night time security guard was so friendly and helpful. We would love to return to Cassia Hill in the future. ”

“Very friendly staff. Pool and hiking trail onsite. Restaurant had great options. It's close to town and the tour companies will come pick you up. Wifi in the room was good. ”
