"We were very disappointed in the stay. We booked this house to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The dishwasher, fireplaces, and heat was not in working order. The staff tried to make things right but without these things it was not the experience we had hoped for. Apparently the other person renting the room next to us was not happy about the accommodations as well and were refunded. We were given $375 back but considering how much we spent it did not seem like enough compensation. Sadly...

"This mountain house was absolutely perfect for our girls’ weekend! It’s tucked down a long private drive with the most amazing views — pictures don’t even do it justice. The house was super clean when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos.The layout was great for a group — each set of rooms upstairs is conjoined and has its own bathroom, so everyone had their own space. The king suite on the main floor had a bathroom right outside, and the basement had plenty of room too with another...

"The property is a bit off its prime... the deck in the back is not like it appears in the picture. Not a terrible property, but a bit run down. I did appreciate that we were the only ones there and quietness was good for a great nights sleep. Great areas to walk the dog. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Greeted us when we arrived and made sure we got in okay."

"The house is AMAZING!!! The view out the front window is incredible. They even have a tall set of binoculars that you can use to look out over the valley! The house was so spacious and beautiful and NEAT!!! And felt very comfy and luxurious too. We also loved that the property manager was super responsive. "
