“El hotel está bien ubicado pero pasé malas noches con el aire que se me apagaba 3 veces en la noche y el desayuno no es variado el sábado me atendió un señor alto calvito muy dulce y atento y estaba solito el domingo habían 3 meseros y nunca se acercaron a la mesa si deseábamos desayunar en fin nos fuimos sin comer algo ya que nunca fueron a la mesa”

“Check in was really smooth but I forgot to confirm if my room was a king bed so ended up in a double. Upon first call I was told the next day I could move and the following day staff did not follow through. Not too big of deal but I had a cute birthday photo idea I had planned so that room was not ideal.
Moving on the restaurant and bar staff were amazing! Juan was so friendly and made the best kettle one martini I had my entire trip. Breakfast was lovely with a nice variety each day. Snack……

“Nice property but walls were too thin! We heard everything even the cleaning ladies yelling at each other in the morning, the person next door playing loud music. The staff overall was really kind, especially front desk and those at the restaurant, but I don’t think we would be staying here again considering that we really couldn’t sleep well.”

“It was an okay stay. The bellman at the front, Alberto, was really nice and made my stay better. He was the nicest. The other staff, in my opinion, not so pleasant. The hotel is in a good spot in Bocagrande, within walking distance of many restaurants and money exchange spots also the hotel is pretty clean and tidy ”
