Art Hotel Curacao - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"The Art hotel is a new, beautiful property. The rooms are cute and the staff was super friendly! if you’re traveling from the US you have to ask the front desk for power adapters to use chargers and other things. The room didn’t have a tv and I couldn’t connect to the tablet to play music so keep that in mind. The food at the restaurants on site were really good and St Tropez is right next door, they have really good food too. The back of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, I went for a swim in the ocean and the water was clean and warm. Attractions such as the Curacao sign, bridge and shops are within walking distance. I strongly recommend getting a rental for your trip, the cabs are a minimum of $20 to go even 5 minutes away. We could’ve done way more if we had a rental and there’s so much to see so you want to make the most of your trip. Maps didn’t work for me there but Waze did so if you’re getting a rental download Waze. If you don’t want a rental download 24-7 Taxi Curacao, it’s their uber app but again, not uber prices. There aren’t cabs in the street like other places I’ve been so if you go out at night it’s tough to get around without the app. Cards are accepted everywhere so don’t worry about taking cash with you. The area is safe and clean- overall my trip was 10/10, I highly recommend the Art Hotel and will be back again!"
