“It is an amazing property to have a relax and lovely stay at a beautiful beach. Fantastic amenities, incredible restaurants with a top quality dishes and a staff that will make you feel the most important person in the world. The entertainment crew was amazing everyday, with lots of recreation activities for all ages and at the end of each day a show to make you laugh and the a dancing experience until late night… this is just amazing”

“El desayuno un desastre ni mangu pusieron unas papa viejas. Lentejas que no combinaba con nada. No entendí. Pedí un pescado y no tenían tostones . De verdad que da pena un hotel en tan buen punto y de verdad el personal y las atenciones le falta bastante espero que lo tomen en consideración. De 10 un 1 le doy y le habla una persona. Que en realidad vacaciona el año entero tanto aquí como en el exterior. Bye”

“They only clean the room supposed one day yes one day no but the first cleaning was on day 4. We did a lot of activities so coming back to shower and use the same towel was nasty. We ask to have the towel change and they told us to use the same. The pool was not well maintained. The water looked cloudy. The spa was over priced.”

“Poor management, deceptive. Damaged and outdated televisions. I was overcharged. Restaurant outside the hotel. Very uncomfortable. Lots of mosquitoes, broken jacuzzi. Small pool in poor condition. In the end, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Very, very bad.”
