“At check-in, we were told that we were getting an upgrade at no extra charge, to be on the lower level and closer to beach and restaurants. The lower level and being closer to beach and restaurants was appreciated. Room was nice and comfortable. Only disappointment was view from balcony, was no garden or ocean view. View was of the back of the property. Below balcony was a hedge, lawn was well kept but then a paved path where the property service vehicles brought supplies back and forth……
