“One of my children had a serious head injury at this hotel, which provides and unsafe environment for guests. The accident happened because an unsecured piece of furniture fell on my child. One staff member was helpful in the aftermath. Unfortunately the hotel refused to even offer a partial refund. Bottom line: Don’t go there with kids. It is dangerous.”

First day had my towel stolen from the chair when we were a couple feet away in the pool. 2) Have a cocktail menu, but most of the bartenders don't know how to make the majority of the drinks on it. 3) Have a beer menu with 4-5 beers, but when asked, only 1 was ever available. 4) Had to wait over an hour for our food at the Mexican restaurant, which requires reservations. 5) Ceiling started leaking on second day.
