Great place to stay!

We needed a place to stay for the night where we could park our truck and RV safely while getting a good night’s rest and a meal. This place checked all of the boxes for us, including accommodations for the smoker so he didn’t have to keep meandering through the halls to get outside to smoke. So rare these days to find a hotel that still has any dedicated smoking rooms! Desk staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and we found our room easily with her specific instructions. So far the best 5-star hotel I've stayed at. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the valet, and bags were taken in by the staff. Complimentary champagne and wine during check-in. I was also given a short tour of the resort and everything you can do. The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The rooms were adjoined to others but this was not an issue. This is my second time here. We had a great time. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It was just what we needed for our time off away from work.

Very charming, cute and cozy great location. However, there was no cable service no remote control, and no soap in the shower.

We stayed here for 1 night, after skiing in Kirkwood. Loved the hotel. The rooms are super spacious and eveything was to our liking. Will defn stay here again rather than south lake tahoe while skiing in Kirkwood.

The staff were kind, helpful and truly on top of things. I was in the valley the weekend of the Genoa cowboy festival and it was just a hop, skip and a jump down the road. It's close to shops and convenience stores, for those just-in-case items! The best Mexican food place in the town, Francisco's, is less than a mile north along the highway. It was just a lovely time!

Asked for a handicap room. The room was nice and clean. The walk in shower was nice but needed a removable shower head to reach the shower chair.

The room was very spacious and clean. This hotel was extremely quiet and in a beautiful location. We loved our stay here! I only have one suggestion of hotel staff… please consider putting a large trash can outside in the gazebo area! We among others enjoyed sitting under it to look at the lake and relax, but in the wind lots of things were blowing around loudly that shouldn’t have been there… mainly about 6 old beer cans.if a trash can is there I think this issue would be less likely 🙂...

From wetlands vistas to mountain views across the street this place is quiet, peaceful, has pools, spas, salons, great food and service.

The tvs didn’t really work which was a little tough when putting my son down for bed but otherwise I will definitely be back!

Great room and staff

This is a family owned lodge, and yes it feels like home, the owner is always helpful and friendly and run the business with hearts and effort! Visited there last weekend! During the winter storm, wow it's been a long time since last time I saw this much snow, so fun, but almost got stuck in Tahoe LOL, 50/88/80 were all closed and waited 3 hour to get out.
