Only disappointment was only "Tepied water,,at all times of the day couldn't get it hot.. even after mentioning at reception..A retail shop would be nice to buy souvenirs...We did make use of the shuttle (not free,.)into Nadi... allowing you 2hrs to look around B4..it picks you up.... "Honestly, it’s okay. It doesn’t give you that Fiji postcard experience. The property itself is gorgeous (but remember, it’s also Fiji so a gas station can also be gorgeous). We were super disappointed in the food / restaurant experience from every restaurant and meal. Extremely slow service (45 minutes to get complimentary bread), subpar food at very normal prices, and for being such a well known brand they could step up the overall cleanliness and experience of each restaurant. We truly left very ready and eager to leave which is disappointing (no one wants to feel that way on holiday). It has the bones to be better but not the execution. "

"Good- convenient location to airport & marina, room was nice, beds comfortable except we only had two pillows, porters were helpful with bags and booking taxis. Bad- long wait to check-in. We called twice to have more pillows brought to the room but they were never delivered. Lots of hidden charges with the room. At check-in we were given pool towel cards even though the pool was closed during our stay. We handed them back straight away for this reason. We would have been charged $60 for unreturned pool cards. There were signs all through the room saying you would be charged if The restaurants & shopping onsite were average. "

"Hotel is in a state of disrepair. Wifi wasn't available during our stay, ridiculously it still wasn't available when we returned a week later (non-refundable booking, otherwise would have stayed elsewhere). Staff not very helpful, need some service training. TV in room didn't work either. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Much better options available elsewhere in the same price bracket."
