“Roads are not clean was all ice and not safe to drive in parking lot ”

“Most of what was described in the website was inaccurate: the spa and pool were in a different building, there was no room service unless requested, there was no food service, the toilet smelled really bad, the wifi didn't work and there was no free parking.”

“I was surprised how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel. If you ski ,especially with kids, it’s your place. All the resort is very well planned, ski slopes are very easy to access, skating rink is just steps from the hotel. Big and nice restaurants are down and up. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend the Crystal hotel.”
