“The room was well equipped and comfortable. Bathrooms could use a little maintenance with the drains. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Enrique was amazing and took extra time to make sure all our dining needs were met. Also special acknowledgement to David, Andreas and Fernando.”

“All of our cash was stolen from our room the day after we got there. Staff literally searched through all of our bags. Front desk staff and management couldn't have cared less, gave us the runaround for days before finally agreeing to refund us. Here we are, a month after our vacation, and we have not been refunded. Unacceptable for how expensive this resort is. Also had multiple large, venomous spiders in our room.”
