“The place is really great. They have an extensive collection of antiques and art that is very unique and special. They have certain details that make the stay very special. Usually in expedia when you get charged online everything you must pay is included but when we got there we were informed our pet had to pay an extra $ 25.00. “Perdi mi dinero, no me quede en el hotel, el personal que atiende es una vergüenza. Somos una pareja de personas mayores, que debia caminar 3 cuadras en las calles de piedra de Antigua jalando se equipaje, porque no tienen parqueo propio, ese no es problema, el problema es que si usted pide ayuda, olvidelo, haga lo que hacen todos, si quiere, como me dijeron... y si no, como uste prefiera.... ASI QUE SI USTED QUIERE UNA PESIMA EXPERIENCIA VAYA A ESTE HOTEL. Mi esposo y yo preferimos perder……
