"First time visiting Switzerland. From arriving to the Hotel views were stunning. As it was my Birthday they upgraded me to there biggest suite which was just the icing on the cake. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outside to take you to the slops which was free and literally 10 minutes drive. Breakfast was amazing literally had everything to pick from. The spa facilities amazing views from the outside pool amazing water was warm everything was perfect. Hope to visit again...

"Personne pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée. Lorsque l'on téléphone au numéro indiqué, une personne désagréable nous qu'elle n’est pas en service. Les photos du petit déjeuner (croissants' etc.) ne correspondent pas à la réalité (2 tranches de pain mou à taoster). Personne pour alimenter le petit déjeuner. Musique fort et jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Bâtiment absolument pas isolé phoniquement ni thermiquement. Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas. Aucun service."

"Great Bear is a lovely chalet with breathtaking views in a unique environment. I cannot think of a better summer escape, given the stunning surroundings of the Val Hérens, the local cuisine, produce, meat products, and delicious wines. The chalet fits the rustic character of the tiny village perfectly, while affording the necessary comforts for an Alpine stay. Absolutely LOVED IT!!!"

"Iti was a wonderfull experience in this Swiss home. Very nice views with a wonderful balcony.A modest but very complete home. A sufficient kitchen and a modest bathroom. With big beds ( very nice for my length) but just fitting in the rooms but sufficient closet space. When we arrived it was necessary to ventilatie the house first."
