“It was a decent three star hotel”

“Our room smelled very musty. The bathroom door looked like a an animal chewed the lower corner off. We didn’t have internet that night and next morning. My husband said there wasn’t much of a breakfast. Also very noisy people slamming their doors and the people above us stomping around when they walked.”

“Nous avons réservé 5 nuits au Beaumont ranch en août 2026 pour vivre une expérience texane et la vie d’un ranch en activité ( comme indiqué dans les annonces). Nous sommes arrivés en fin d’après midi après avoir dû envoyer des mails sur la plateforme de réservation car personne a l’entrée , pas de message avec des consignes pour l’arrivée . Quelqu’un est venu nous chercher, les clés étaient posées à la réception avec les consignes. Nous avons découvert notre chambre pour 4 dans une rue western……

“The staff at the front desk were very nice, friendly, and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their kindness during our stay. Unfortunately, I can only give our experience 2 stars because of a serious concern regarding the security and privacy of our room. While we were away, it appeared that someone had entered our room and our luggage had been opened. Thankfully, we did not notice anything missing. Because the front desk staff had been so kind to us, I did not want to make a big issue of it……

“Had a quick trip out to Lake Whitney for a visit. Needed a place to overnight and found this place. Worked out for our needs. It sits out about 10 minutes east/northeast of Whitney on some caliche roads. Was peaceful and relaxing after a day of running around. Nice view and quiet. Bed comfy, a/c worked great (a bit of noise but nothing out of ordinary), and nice big bathroom area for small unit. Had small kitchen stuff with coffee bar, microwave, and small frig. Can't really cook but……
