"We really enjoyed our stay at Oasis Hill. It is quite remote - could be tricky without a car - but just 10 mins drive from town where you can find nice restaurants and supermarkets. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was the perfect location to explore the North side of the island, from Punto De Teno on the far West to the Anaga Mountains to the East, and just above an hour to El Teide. Our room was perfect with 2 separate bedrooms and the bathroom/shower in between. Clean with a TV in each...

"Parking not a problem No hot water at basin or for shower which is unacceptable for basic needs Bathroom needs updated, loose towel rail, heated towel rail not working when switched on, poor plasterwork at shower door, single beds for married couple ? The roof terrace would benefit from sun beds rather than sofas and armchairs so that’s guests could properly sunbathe there Otherwise staff were helpful and very pleasant but the issues raised require urgent attention "
