"Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was great with many choices. Restaurant also provides a dinner, which was delicious. Free shuttle to the airport was awesome because it was a distance to walk with luggage. We traveled to and from Rome and the airport by train and used the free shuttle to and from the hotel when we arrived and when we were leaving."

"Hotel was very clean and staff were top class. Hotel is situated in a good location close to Rome Termini rail station which is great for travelling to other destinations. Staff were polite and helpful . Would stay here again."

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509\. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "

2/10 Terrible

"Hi there is totally no air conditioning and the room is hot and you know what when you open the window as there is restaurant around and all the greasy small will come in. Not to mention it’s so noisy there is no way to have a good night sleep. The room is dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. I cankor understand why it’s a 4 star hotel. Please do not book this hotel in anyway. I have taken pictures if there is anyway to post it "
