There were 2 fans and the A/C worked pretty well, which maybe most people don't care about, but if you're like us... you do. WiFi was a bit sketchy but I've given them some advice on how to resolve it, so I expect your experience will be better. Beds maybe not the most comfortable but I suppose people have different tastes. All...

"The accommodation is opposite the main house but is private and overlooks the dam. We enjoyed watching the chickens and paddymelons. There didn't seem to be anywhere to walk or explore the property, but we weren't there long enough to ask. The accommodation itself is lovely - very comfortable bed and kitchen with everything you need. It was a very nice place to stay overnight before heading to Bruny."

"It was a bleak, rainy day when I stayed, but the bed was comfortable and I was toasty warm. Great view and wish the weather had been better so that I could have enjoyed the vista on the balcony more. Compact unit, but handy location."

"The property was fine. As mentioned in the ad there’s no living area so the ad is very effective. We did have some issues with the bed. And it is a little difficult to find late at night. I think the directions for the actual entrance to the property area could be better.. Good communication with landlord And Repairs managed effectively as needed"
