“Apart from a confusing check in procedure. (No information on how to check in from Expedia) And when I approached the staff in the restaurant they blamed it on my having incorrect details on file - which was false as Expedia never share guests information with 3rd party provider. Malt house should of reached out and sent information prior to our stay about check in.
Also disappointing that once we arrived to rooms, it explained about 24 hour noise from cotton factory next door. Would of been……
