“I got the room at a good price but I felt like it was a bait & switch . It showed the hotel but when I checked in after waiting 30 mins , we ended up on the motel side. My air wasn't working right , so after I called the front desk, it took a.few hrs for someone to come check it. Once maintenance came, he stated that my room was not supposed to be available due to the broken AC. So in the middle of the night, I had to wrap up my gbaby and move rooms a few doors down that was still a motel and……

“Worst experience. The workers at the front desk were absolutely no help. The room I was placed in, did not have a working AC. I tried to talk the employees and they knew little to no English making it hard to communicate with them. I asked for a different room and they did not want to change my room. Worst experience.”
