“I loved my stay here, with beach access, great food, and beautiful pools. I had an adjoining room on both of my stays here. Both times I had a lot of noise from the hotel guests n this rooms. So loud, that it seemed like the door was wide open. Both times young babies were crying during the night and during the day. Also, I found the process of getting a pool towel and filtered water to be cumbersome. Bar service was poor in the pool areas. ”

“The property had stunning views of the ocean, with all the bells and whistles of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have anti slip strips on stairs though and I fell hard on my spine. I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened. I spent the rest of my time there bed ridden and……

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”
