“Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it.
There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all.
The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them.

“The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The food was exceptional. The only issue was that when you rented a canopy at the beach you had to give that up at 4 o’clock and you were only able to stay at the beach until seven in the evening.”

“Overcharged for our stay by the front desk! Still waiting for our refund since we came home almost a week ago! The front desk at the Bungalows and Bohios have been very slow at getting back to us too. Food is amazing; never had a bad meal though. The black sand is super pretty. And we had cooler water in our shower the entire stay so if you can’t handle cold showers suggest staying in the hotel.”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”
