"This property has an excellent location, beach, amenities, food, etc, is top of the line, but the must important value is the human, I have no complaints about anyone, what a great staff !!! to name just some off them, Maria Jose, Angelo, Genesis, Jesus, Oscar, every front desk employees, thank you very much to all of Marriott Playa Dormida Santa Marta staff for this wonderful experience! My wife, daughter and I, will miss you!"

"Beautiful property. There are several towers (suites, rooms and bungalows) several restaurants and each one has different menu). I did not have all included, so you will need to put your credit card for food, drinks, snacks, groceries because the hotel is cashless. Everyone was nice from the moment we got picked up at the airport until we were returned. There is great security agents all over the property, and I love the idea of walking on the trails and also having a golf cart available. Beach was clean and not crowded. My youngest had a blast with the kids activities. "

"We were traveling as a family group, adults and toddlers. The staff is amazing, they all willing and ready to help all the time. The place is well located and you can find everything around it. It is also close to the beach. The breakfast which is included with the booking was great too, fresh food and well cooked food. The only thing that needs to be improved is the security for little kids, the doors lack another lock so toddlers can not open it, the same thing with the balcony doors. Another suggestion would be cleaning the balconies as they pigeons poop is everywhere. They clean rooms everyday so adding the balcony cleaning would be great too. Overall our stay was wonderful and we recomend the hotel."
