“When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. We were forced to search for another hotel and request a refund later through Expedia. What a terrible experience.”

“The name and pictures are real but very deceptive, it was very inexpensive and that’s what you get. The staff were very good and very helpful. The toilet is a $5 plastic piece of…… (that it couldn’t flush on its own ever during our 4 nights. I just don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t spend a few more dollars and buy a standard toilet that would work. My advice is spend a little more money and get a place with a view from your room not just the top of the building , good ac and a toilet that……

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”
