“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff at the pool and restaurant were amazing—very friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Kenzo for his excellent customer service and attention to guests. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!”

“The property had stunning views of the ocean, with all the bells and whistles of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have anti slip strips on stairs though and I fell hard on my spine. I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened. I spent the rest of my time there bed ridden and……

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

“The first thing I would like to establish is this has nothing to do with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. This is about charging a 110$ cad a night. One elevator for 10 floors is not ideal. During peak periods you can wait a spell so you end up taking the stairs. My room was on the 5th floor so 80 steps up and down. Upon entry to my room, you realize there is no bottled water. Nothing expensive but it is about the principle. No hair dryer in the room and the safe is locked. A……
