“The staff was kind and the room was okay. The bed was nice but the room was fairly small and I didn't love the way the bathroom was designed. To be honest, I guess I was just expecting more because the pictures were great. The breakfast buffet was very nice.”

“Perfect other than the cold showers, which appears to be normal in this part of Columbia). The views from the room and balcony were fantastic! AC worked incredibly well. I also loved the location. Perfect for strolling the beach or parks.”

“When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. We were forced to search for another hotel and request a refund later through Expedia. What a terrible experience.”
