“On day one we were in a standard room in tower 2 (newer tower out of the two on property) but there was water maintenance being done and we were without water for over 3 hours which was an inconvenience for us and the lock box was not working. The staff immediately offered us a room change to tower 1 to a jr suite and it was perfect! The view of the ocean and two pools from the balcony were beautiful. “When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. We were forced to search for another hotel and request a refund later through Expedia. What a terrible experience.”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”
