"GWL Williamsburg was wonderful! I received my 1st welcome text 3 days before, the next day I got an opportunity to upgrade my room for FREE. Check-in was quick, front desk was wonderful about explaining locations of everything. Very welcoming. Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Outside ground area clean and well kept. We celebrated our grandkids preschool graduation, they enjoyed and we definitely will be back. GREAT EXPERIENCE "

"Staff were excellent, breakfast was great with variety of items, room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is the floor/carpet in the room had a sticky feeling. It seemed clean so idk if it’s a cleaning product but it’s weird. "
