"Clean, warm, and inviting. Bathroom hot water alignment to the right temperature took some time!! Breakfast can be improved. Coffee was cold to start with and then after asking for "HOT" coffee 2-3 times, we got it warmer.... Overall a good stay for a night. Not close to Souks or any major attraction - so if you want to walk, it will take about 20 minutes to get to Souks and about 30 minutes to Jamal Fna square"

"When a hotel shares your name, you have high standards. Riad Elisa surpassed mine. The welcome when I arrived was very warm - with not only tea and cookies but the woman from customer service sitting down next to me and finding out when I wanted to do in Morocco so she could present specific ideas. "Amazing place to stay, this place has a lot to offer, very comfortable rooms, food was amazing and staff, they are most efficient I've ever seen specially Ismail, Idrees and Asma were absolutely brilliant, I will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back."

"At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. I will come back again. "
