"This property is amazing! It is completely unique and so relaxing! We stayed in a raised hut. The view was gorgeous! It simply cannot be beat! The resort is so cool- it’s rich with music history and it’s decorated in Bahamian style with porches overlooking the sea. We loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Likes: Everything in one place (multiple pools, beaches, places to eat, water park, indoor stuff for kids etc). The best and cleanest bathrooms both in hotel lobbies and in water park. We liked the Marina and different restaurants- especially: Chop Stixs and Claudio’s. The Buffet was a little lacking for the price but a couple of good options. Beaches were beautifully perfect and different from each other. Loved the complimentary refillable water bottles given at check in. Didn’t experience any bug bites. Didn’t like: 1 day there was no water on 1 floor. We didn’t have water for 2-3 hours (delayed our day but not as bad as others). Every front desk staff says different things - so that makes it hard: Dolphin feeding times and Late check out options One day there was a long line for check in and we were on line to get another room key and there were only 2 attendants there and they never asked for support in the front. We loved that they had water refills throughout but the water was warm and a little weird. Our towels kept being taken after we hung them up and not replaced. We had to keep calling for more. All in all a very nice experience. Extra expensive but we knew that going in. We are not big breakfast people so the quick bagels and oatmeal and fruit were good and kept us on budget."

"Points forts: - moderne - propre - confortable - il y a toujours des chaises disponibles à la piscine ou à la plage - bons restaurants: Lola & frank, vacation cafe, petit café. - bonne ambiance à la piscine - abondance de serviettes de plage disponibles - près du port de croisière - Bracelet magnétique pour les portes; très utile dt agréable surtout avec des enfants. - chambres bien insonorisés - très grande salle de bain - femmes de ménage très gentilles Points de déception: - nous sommes arrivés à 17;45 et notre chambre n’était tjrs pas prête. On n’avait même pas d’estimation de quand elle le serait. Le check in est à 16:00 sur le site….après une journée de voyagement, c’est frustant. - la piscine était très claire à notre arrivée mais 3 jours plus tard, elle était pas claire et verte. Le chlore ne semble pas fait de façon systématique mais plutôt aléatoire. Nous sommes restés 6 jours et elle n’est jamais revenue claire. - la plage est très petite. - l’eau n’est malheureusement exempte de déchet; la plage publique juste à côté est vraiment pas bien entretenue, il y a des déchets partout, des chiens errants, etc. Comme les deux plages sont collées et si petites, c’est inevitable que la notre est impactée par celle ci. - les parasols sont sur demande et l’employé il faut le trouver et qu’il veule l’installer. En pm, ca leur tente plus. - une acsenceur sur 2 les 2 disponibles était brisée pendant nos 3 derniers jours…ca devient long rapidement au volume de client."

"The place had a very boutique hotel vibe. We especially enjoyed the beach with its calm water and crystal clear water. It was very relaxing and felt very private and personal. We stayed for three nights and spend almost 6 hours-8 hours in the water. We liked that you could walk easily into the downtown and grab Quick vibes, especially at Señor frogs the Dunkin Donuts and the restaurants at Margaritaville Resort, Overal, it was a great experience and we would consider coming back again."
