"Good location."
Central location was great for walking. Very nice garden area to sit outside. Aqua Restaurant had excellent food. Rooms need upgrades. Missed having a balcony. Public areas were very nice.

"Nice hotel but if old fashion..."
This hotel is very historic to the Bahamas. A lot of history but the service is very slow if you are planing on 5 stars you expect great service but the service is quite opposite. Staff is not friendly very hard to find someone to help you. I would not say it's one of my best vacations.

"Wonderful Staff"
I would like to thank Ms Sophie Saunders and her team / everyone. Right from check-in to check-out, everyone was very accommodating. Maybe it was my cheerfulness and humility that brought out the best in all of them. I did meet lots of staff and so do not want to leave anyone out. Wonderful hotel staff. 3 thumbs up. Entrance to Atlantis is provided and convenient. Just get your pink card from the front desk desk and hop over to the nearest Atlantis hotel to get your wrist band ( Bring along a picture ID ).

"Beautiful property. Very pricey.... "
Was a great hotel, got a complimentary upgrade when I asked... room was decent , nothing special... staff were very friendly!! Lot of great things, only issue was everything is incredibly pricey. Don't know if I'd go back because of the prices, but cool to stay here.

"It was an amazing hotel, super clean, well kept"
The hotel was a great experience. It's definitely quieter and more tranquil that the Atlantis Towers...and that's exactly what we wanted. The interior hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. However, areas of improvement, it would be nice if they had more people serving and offering drinks on the beach. We saw a lady walk by every 2 hours? would have been perfect if the Atlantis set up a volleyball court (or 2) further down the beach. Other than's a wonderful place to visit. Thank you, Matt

Wouldn't stay in beach towers next time. Not what I'm used to. Would stay in royal towers next time. My guess is beach towers are the lower of the hotels. Slightly outdated but comfortable. Didn't spend much time in the room. It is a long walk to most amenities. Great experience at Atlantis. Had a great vacation.

"Very quiet and nice private beach."
The Hotel tried to charge us for internet connection even we told them at check in that we had only 3 devices. The plumbing is not so good. The toilet was not working well. The toilet in my son Michael's room overflowed. There was no water after 11pm at my other son Andrew's room. They did not give us drinking water every day ( suppose two bottle of water every day). The TV did not work in our room for one night. The Reef is pretty pricey and their services is not up to par. Marion & Kwang Shih

The motel was way too far from downtown-about 3 miles. The room was in decent shape. There were small ants in the bathroom-they obviously had not exterminated the room. The ice bucket was cracked and melting ice dripped on the floor. The soft drink machine in the motel lobby would not take quarters or dollar bills. The air conditioner worked fine. The beds were clean. The shower and the toilet were working, as was the television set.

We enjoyed our stay. The food was varied and for the most part it was tasty. The servers were friendly and courteous. Our only complain was that the room was REALLY cold and we were unable to regulate the temperature. We finally ended up turning the AC off completely, which was not ideal because the room got too humid.
