“I am grateful for the information that they provided in advance, for such things in regards to taxi service/cost etc...made getting to the hotel much less stressful. Also, when I had an issue, they promptly fixed it. Now I must say, as much as this hotel isn't as luxurious as hotels/resorts on the west end(closer to the airport).
