“I packed up and cut my vacation short it was a complete waste of money.
For the cost of this hotel etc I expected so much more.
70% of the staff are either rude, ignore you or look at you like you’re an inconvenience.
Two nights (out of the 3) I got sick from room service food.
My safe didn’t work.
My phone didn’t work.
