"Loved our stay in Radisson. Nothing compares to the care Cebuanos give to their guests. Our family have travelled to different countries in Europe, Japan and even in the US, our stay at Radisson tops it all. The breakfast buffet was definitely the best of all! Your staff are just incredibly awesome, super kind and helpful. From front desk, to lobby helpers, restaurant servers, nurse, housekeeping, they were all wonderful. Each of them treats their guests equally, regardless of color. We are a Filipino family but they treated us with exact care just as how they would for foreigners. I booked the business room, without knowing we’d get business lounge access. Unfortunately, during out stay my husband and I weren’t able to use the business lounge access. Kids are not allowed. I am so thankful they exchanged our free breakfast from BCL to the breakfast buffet downstairs without extra fee. The pool was under renovation which was fine.
