“The Hotel.... 1) We loved the fact that the Hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town/Strip (Albufeira)... we choose when to visit. 2) The Reception Staff were all very helpful 3) The majority of the Breakfast Staff and Lunch Time Staff (around the Pool Area)..... Tried the hardest to please but there English was Not their Best. 4) On the last day of our stay...... Mohammed was introduced to help with Lunchtime.... He could converse with ease. “The property is great, the staff are nice and friendly especially at the breakfast. The shower in the room wasn’t the best and some of the workmanship was of a poor standard - floor number sign hanging off, power socket for the tv in the gym not properly finished.”

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……
