“We enjoyed our stay. The view from the room was amazing and the beach was very nice. However, we did not receive or were unsure how to utilize many of the amenities that we purchased with the premium package. The mini frig in our room was not working when we arrived and was leaking water. Staff responded quickly when we reported it but it took our entire stay for it to get cold so we did not have access to cold drinks in the room. The bathroom was not clean and still had urine all over the……

“El hotel es muy bueno. Sin embargo no me gustó que al la hora del chef out me sacaran si saber si tenía para pagar otra noche más. Ellos no pueden subestimar a los demás si me hubieran dicho yo pago extra y no tengo mente pero si. Nada me dijoron tienes que irte. El dinero no era un problema y sin embargo nos dijeron que nos diera es por ello que jamás vulevo créeme que si nos hubieran dicho tienen que ir poner extra lo hubiera puesto porque el resort nos gustaba mucho pero con esa actitud jamás……
