“Little thing like bed side table lampshade was broken curtains wouldn’t close properly shower head would not stay put but saying that the staff were very friendly”

“Standard room = way below basic Room was terrible, like stepping back iinto 1980. Bed gave us sore back, room was boiling hot but they did provide a fan which helped blow the warm air around the room. Shower cubicle tiny and did not have a shelf to hold my toiletries . Without a doubt this is the worst room I have ever stayed in and will not return.”

“Booked a 1 night stay for myself and Husband. Booked a double bed 1 room ensuite. Got in there and it was a single bed, the carpet was full of large Circular dark stains. And black patches. And the bathroom/toilet, was down three flights of stairs, to accomodate 8 rooms. Went and Complained at reception, who rang the owner, she was told we only booked a single, yeah, right, come on he's 6 foot 2. Showed reception the booking conformation. The boss said there were no other rooms. Two other……

Perfectly situated for the coast, we visited Scarborough, Robin Hoods Bay and whitby; and for York and Harrogate. Would definately stay here again if we find ourselves in that part of the country again!!”
