“My bottle of shower gel wasn’t enough to last for my 3 days of staying and no refills were provided when they cleaned my room. When i called the reception they said they don’t have any shower gel? Feel like this shouldn’t happen for a 4 stars hotel. But other than that the hotel feels very new and clean. Kudos for the lady who helped me with the luggage storage on the first day and the very friendly lady in the breakfast area”

“The room was small but good enough for solo traveller. Convenient location for people who have morning flights from CDG.”

“The hotel is very clean, with a comfortable bed. Awesome breakfast.”

“All good googgooggooggooggoog”

“The entire hotel had no hot water for two days any no information was shared with the guests. Room cleaning was appalling, didn’t clean our room on day 1 of our stay.

“Very nice and clean room with space. The only problem is the door of the toilet and it made a big noise when you close it.”

“Close to metro station and quiet nearly place”

“I felt a smell that is smoky in our room. I could not sleep.”

“Great Staff service but the room card system might need some update. Sometimes the card can't use for door or elevator. You might need to ask the counter to redo. The service staff deserve more support from the management team.”
