“I never write reviews, but I definitely felt the need to do so.. PLEASE read til the end, I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, for the amount of money that they charged ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH it.... I would NOT Retutn (not even for free)nor recommend this place to anyone..I booked CocoBay Beach Resort for my boyfriend's birthday. He actually accused me of not doing my research..Trust me!! I did. I have to say all reviews that have 5 stars even 3 stars absolutely not true.. I paid almost 5,000.……

“Jade Mountain is unlike any resort we have ever experienced. The rooms are incredibly imaginative and almost cinematic—open to the sky and the Pitons, with no fourth wall, creating a feeling of being completely immersed in nature. Every detail feels artistic, intentional, and beautifully connected to the surroundings. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always ready to make the experience special. The yoga classes with Ceren were another highlight, with wonderful……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“We stayed in the presidential penthouse. Room 7506. The ac never went below 75. One night the ac was broken and it was close to 90 degrees in there. Sweating while I was sleeping on top of the blanket. Idk about you but being outside in 90 degree weather and getting no relief except cold showers not super relaxing. Not only our room but every restaurant had no ac either. Sweat dripping down my back. It was so uncomfortable. We had a butler service which I have no complaints however they were……

“My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. My biggest complaint is we were never told about the additional lunch options at Project Chocolat. We learned about it on our last day because we took the chocolate making class. The lunch menu at the hotel is pretty small so once we learned we had more options just up the road we were slightly annoyed by that. I think front desk reception should make it known to guest when they check in……

“I recently stayed at this property, and the harbor view room was absolutely stunning. However, the shower design was a bit of a letdown, as it didn't have a door, making it messy and inconvenient, especially when traveling with kids. Another issue we faced was the constant shortage of towels. We had to repeatedly call the front desk or hunt down housekeeping staff to request more. On a more positive note, the Saturday BBQ buffet with live entertainment was a great experience, although we paid……

“BodyHoliday was perfect. From the super accommodating staff, delicious meals, and lovely ocean view we couldn't ask for anything more. The included spa services truly gave us the ability to detox and unwind. The place is active if you want to be active or relaxed if you want take it easy. We can't wait to go back, just like half the people there.”
